I thought I’d try Dean Tornabene’s weight loss methods. I talked to my husband, and he suggested I give it a couple of months, and if I didn’t see any results, to look into something else. He had been begging me to lose weight, not because of any ego on his part, but because he was concerned about my deteriorating lack of energy and difficulty doing even small things.
When I browsed through the site, I was actually pleased with the amount of food I was able to eat, a huge difference from the old plan. On the other hand, on other plan, you only had to add vegetables, so adding fruit as well meant you had more additional food to buy at the store.
Of course, the key issue was whether it was worth the price. I decided to try it for 60 days and see what happens. I figured the money I spent each week on my food was less I had to spend at the grocery store. Nice info Dean.
